Customers must ensure that the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, and staircases before delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to space limitations, additional delivery charges may apply.

We may also offer direct shipping from the manufacturer to the customer depending on the product and supplier availability.

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery team or our store.

Once items are accepted and signed for, R&R Furniture Gallery is not responsible for damages caused after delivery.

Many of our products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand and product.
