At R&R Furniture Gallery, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If an item isn’t the right fit, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and fees outlined below.

1) Return Eligibility (What Can Be Returned)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

New, unused, and unassembled

Include all accessories, parts, and documentation
Returns that are used, assembled, missing packaging, or missing parts may be denied or subject to additional deductions after inspection.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items

Special order or backordered items

Mattresses, bedding, or similar sleep products

Individual sectional pieces
Sizing issues, doorway clearance problems, change of mind, or aesthetic dissatisfaction are not considered defects and approved returns remain subject to restocking and freight fees.

Items must be returned within 20 days after RMA approval.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
4) Fees, Shipping & Deductions
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If assistance is requested, estimated cost is $2.50 per pound.
Delivery and freight services are non-refundable once an order is dispatched or delivery is attempted.
Additional deductions may apply for:

5) Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts
Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Most issues are resolved through replacement parts or repair, not full returns.
6) Inspections & Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Refund amounts depend on product condition, packaging integrity, and resale viability.
7) Product Images & Color Disclaimer
Colors and finishes may vary due to lighting or screen settings.
Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions and fit before purchase.
8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact R&R Furniture Gallery first to resolve any issue.
If a chargeback is filed after confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to submit documentation and pursue recovery of unpaid balances where permitted by law.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with R&R Furniture Gallery, customers acknowledge and agree to all policies, including Return, Cancellation, Shipping, and Delivery Policies, as part of the purchase agreement.
